either way in many states it is illegle to bounce a check or stop payment on labor. if it was me on a jury, the company to me is trying to scam . he payed 30 other techs but not the one he bounced?? sounds fishy to me and also he has to wait to get payed??? i personaly would not work for a co that doesnt have the financial backing. im not trying to slander the co in anyway but i have yet to see a resonable responce by precise to this day. and in there responce to not being able too afford to be premier member,....... hammer] !!!!! Pay the guy and maybe he could afford it!!!!!
