Well,
First off, why would you assume he is a dish installer????...Is that because you know that the department that handles dish installs is badly managed at a first hand basis, or are you assuming that as well.
Second off the only people in the Company that give a crap are the guys on the bottom that need that paycheck to feed their families, who are living paycheck to paycheck. And while they are feeding them, Uncle Mastec is slipping in the kitchen taking food out of the fridge while no one is looking.
Lets rephrase another comment you made. Alot of good people work at Mastec???....No I beleive you meant a lot of good people WORKED at Mastec, now they have cycled them out for other personnel with little or no business and or management experience.
While it may be true that some former personel had been greedy with various subcontractors, and lining their pockets and getting pinched for doing that same thing that currently has occurred by the same people who have let them go. For example, an operations manager was let go because he was, in short, getting paid by a contracting company for getting work. But no one states the obvious fact of why company phones were switched from Nextel to another major carrier in the middle of a contract. Sounds like a kickback from the other major carrier, but I could be wrong.
By the way, the ops manager was replaced by a cheese cart vendor in suburbian mall in anytown usa. He couldn't make it as a tech because he couldn't resist the adreneline of putting his foot through customers ceilings and attempting to remodel the house with attic view skylights.
A FEW BAD APPLES....HOW 'BOUT THE WHOLE DAMN TREE.
By the way, the meetings that you suggested did take place with the appropriate personnel on several occassions by different personnel and it was laid out that it was correct in what the Management had done, and that the tech was in the wrong.Whether they knew what was done was right or wrong, they still carried on their business. By the way, it would be a shame if the stockholders duriing the periods of these problems found out about false filling with the S.E.C., and that the money made was actually a falsehood in the respects that the stock wasn't and still isn't as valuable as it is or was projected.
