Directv Is not back charging you its your hsp show me the paper that says you must do this If you were certifed tech you would know that when directv does this check that you are speaking about its to see if there is any money to be collected if phone line is not conected it doesnt respond yes if you have a phone line you should connect it . Have you ever heard a dtv operator turn down the install for no phone lines never the only person charging you money is the hsp and guess what hes keeping the money DTV will never turn a cx down when they start doing thatr they will go out of business Your hsp prey on you your closer preys on the cx dtv operator is nice and agrees with the cx when it comes to phone lies . This could be considered agood class actrion lawsuite guess who wins you do why are hsp everywhere choking for techs put 2&2 togethre Oh youdont need to put al this gadgets on cause the recivers are mirrored
