If you are the owner of a company that handles installation contracts then you are not reading your contracts very well.
Any MSO that I've worked for makes me as an employer sign a form letter stating that none of ( including myself) employees have ever been convicted of a felony. I have seen Prime contract holders lose there contract over an arrest for cocaine Possesion.
Thats why they do back ground checks. SO they don't look like a fool when they are called up on the carpet for such crap.
