on the pricing ....I tell the cust. it will be x amount whether it takes me 30 seconds or thirty hours. Its not ur fault every thing goes good. you actually know what ur doing and should be paid for ur knowledge. I had a boss tell me to slow down once because customers were complaining......I couldnt take the hassle from him anymore so I bought him out!!!!!!!!
