Every call thus far to Maura or Gary has been returned by the end of the day. The 25 off the top for custom work is over the top I agree. My experience so far though with that is not one customer has wanted any as they feel they already paid way to much for the install to begin with. and wall phishes should have been included. I also had to slow down the time it was taking me to hang a set because people were complaining that they can't believe that it cost so much for something that was done that quickly.
