GWESTER.....you really do show your ignorance. Potatos are not PICKED as you say....they are dug!!! They also are not dug by mexicans.....they are dug by machines. Those machines were invented because farmers got sick and tired of hiring migrant workers to stand out in the field and talk. They therefore invented machines that can did tons of potatos in a single day.
