Maybe you didnt take note to the fact that she was told (warned) she was breaking the rules. No action was taken against her. Also after the warning was given she admits herself that she stood watch while breaking the rules she was just made aware of.
The FACT is, she and her company agreed to follow the shop rules. She says that herself. I know in this business a contract doesnt mean much, but in other industrys contracts are respected. As an IBEW member Im quite sure you know the importance of a contract, and enforcing it. OSG would have been somewhat in the right if she wasnt made aware of the rules before she entered the shop, but she was.
It doesnt suprise many people dont understand this. We come from a business that makes their own rules and pick and choose the times we enforce them.
