This is the comment I was mostly referring to. What is so bad about viewing your employees as equals. Collective baragaining gives them the way to be able to sit down with you and bargain wages and other concerns. Something tells me you would rather die than to sit through one of these sessions. Workers being able to see proof why you cant meet their demands, in your opinion, is probably the worse thing in the world that could happen to a business. Not trying to take a shot at you, but this is how you came off.
