talk talk where does dtv say in there install spec does it say telephone lines dtv wants the phone linbe connected hsp told installers install phone lines get it in writing GFrom dtv that they want you to open up a telphone box customer side and install this for free they dont say it any where its an hsp thing okay for in house but subs needto make money so make hsp pay they will
