well no name so i won't take your post to seriously but if you re-read what i posted it states exactly what you re iterated.
And it has been that way pretty much since labor has been around.
Although the major picture is , in instances where a union has been involved mr company man thinks twice about pulling that line on you and ten to one the situation where that statement could be made never comes to light.
As for what you said , (Its just a sad fact about this Industry and "The Company" ) that is part of the point it is a fact for this industry. It however isn't sad, except for the fact that you seem to have just laid down and taken it , which is.
If a man walks up to you on the street and says give me your wallet with all your money!! do you just hand it over and say it is just a sad fact that you got robbed???? extreme example indeed
but in many ways this industry grossly robs us of a working condition and pay that we deserve.
your opinion is appreciated just the same.........
