True, most unions do have training or make sure someone is trained. But just because someone has been trained does not mean they will perform their job properly. Just means they did it in training. Unions just make it harder to weed out the bad in the end. The problem with industry does not fall on the shoulders of good workers, but on the shoulders of greedy companies that will hire anyone to get to the bottom line. There is good and bad, union or non-union. In my opion a man's work should speak for him, not a union.
