Re: Overtime pay on piece work

I told you folks a while back that if you continued to respond and let this Trey character post his nonesense, he would have everyone upset at everyone else. He will destroy every board he enters with his incessant Union rant. Wait till he gets all of his minnions in here to post as well. For that bit of cautinary advise I was called a liar. I guess now you all know what I said was true. By the way Trey, keep it up and from what I have observed you will get run out of this board, not by the admins but by the hard working techs in here who really don't want to listen to your glib comments. For those of you who are upset, I would give you this bit of speculation....I don't believe this Trey is even a tech. I believe he is a union organizer and his sole purpose is to try and get everyone riled up so his precious union the CWA can then come in and raise more hell in your businesses. For oldschoolgal, if you have corresponded with him in private emails...I will caution you that he will run a "salt" into your business and then you will face lawsuit after lawsuit, or labor complaint after labor complaint. Be very wise and smart when it comes to accepting any application from someone who just "happens" to apply for a position with your company. I would also encourage you to NEVER run an advertisement for help wanted....cause I will bet if he knows your business name...he will be all over you with "salts." Don't know what SALTING is...do a google search and then sit back and read. It is not pretty and it encourages union people to lie, spy, disrupt, and destroy your business. Now watch, the next post from Trey will be a personal attack against me. By the way he has a "buddy" on another board who openly advocated the use of an AK-47 against all of you hard working business owners who are simply trying to make a living. Just a bit of an education for all of you.
