I agree with Jimh piece work is exactly that, paid by the piece or footage. If you can't make your $ in 8hrs then you have to work harder. I've never heard anybody that busted their a$$,say that they made to much $ in 8hrs and give any back to the company. My personal belief is that when paid production you set your pay scale not your boss. Somedays you have to work harder for the money, but it's there for the taking !!
