It's piece work, get over it. If your out till 1 in the morning doing installs than you need re-evaluate your career path. If your prime is handing you 15 jobs a day because they are taking on ghost techs for extra work and the ghost techs are greeater in # than the living breathing techs then you need to re-evaluate who you are working for.
If you are purposely taking on more work than you can handle because your a hack and don't know any better, and then want to bring down the wrath of the govt officials while you go wah, wah, wah, then again I say get out.
