heres a novel idea,
if telcos are hooked up for responders, and there is a chargeback if there is not,why not pay the 10 kick for the telcos that are?
they pay HSP's and retailers.
why not techs?
we could call it a line item. along with the free pole mounts and wall fishing, ya know.
