implement the MSP program and now what do they get?

and what about the turn around?
p-10 use to pay out every week without fail to the contractor.
now you see alot of 30 day out crap.
and where did the retainers come frome?
that idea started out as a deturrant for missing inventory then these MSP's started realizing, hey, we could be on to something.
