actualy MSP stands for master service provider,
it is a program that DSI and Perfect -10 came up with along with Directv, to mirror the HSP program. the MSP program is to take the overflow from the HSP's.so they said.
but the reality of it all is this:
the MSP program is just another way to push the responsability of cust. nonreturns onto the techs/contractors.
as well as cut the the amount of revenue going out to said contractors and broaden the profit margin for both DSI and P-10.
