Could not have said it better myself. Lets just cut all production employees to $18.00 an hour (very good wage in this area) and work them 40 hours a week. Companies could save a fortune, but myself, much less any production worker would not work for me then! All I would get are whiners that want the Government or someone else to pay their way for them. I tried to join the union (IBEW & CWA) just so I could become a troublemaker, but guess what, they did not want my money.
Whiners are the reason I will never have anyone work for me. I guess you could say the government and unions want to stifle free enterprise and companies growing. If I cannot do it myself I won't take the job. Been there done that, never again.
Sorry for the rant!! Get wound too tight sometimes.
