True, but the key word is, employee. We are talking production employee. What you are saying is that we should continue to allow employers to ignore the rules. The rules are simple. Employees who work 40+ hours are to be paid overtime.

Theres nothing stopping someone from working as many hours as they want, its just now the worker will receive the correct compensation. Why try to keep this quiet? Why not ask these companies to obey the law? They are the ones in the wrong.
