I think you and I both want what is best for everyone, but it is becoming a real problem to even find a good installer anymore. Of coarse there are many of you out there so don't get me wrong, but with the way things are, they either are already working for a prime who takes care of them, are working for a prime who could care less about them, or have left the business. What makes matters worse, is those "Good Primes" are catching all of the bad karma the "Bad Primes" should be receiving. Its a catch 22 . I am always looking for people to come work with us, but it is slim pickens these days, and that is because so many have been burned. I am very sorry this has happened to so many, I have been their before. Besides a union, do you have any ideas that you think would help people in my position to create a better work environment for the front line of our industries?
