I tried to work for ilink, but when George stated that he didn't care how far his tech's travel, that's when I knew this wasn't the right company for me.
GP is a joke and doesn't mind wasting tech's time and money. He also stated that Ilink didn't care about phone lines being connected. He said if there is a jack within 20' hook it up, otherwise don't bother. So you might want to think about that before you try and justify techs being backcharged for non phone lines.
