I do appreciate what youre saying, if installers and field techs are not being taken care of by their respective companies, the affects of poor work performance will have an impact on all concerned. I am opposed to exposing the wrong doings of these primes on national TV as it would only add fuel to the fire for many consumers who have a negative opinion of the cable/dish industry as it is..I wouldnt want my sales agents to get hammered in the field by customers the following day after a report such as that were broadcast. Maybe a task force within the FCC might attact the problem internally.
