Ya i actually am a direct sales rep in-house for mediacom here in Des moines and I can assure you that we are ****heads. My boss has lost or misplaced many invoices. Then again alot of contractor sales are cats and dogs, made-up names, made-up phone numbers, etc... I was a contractor for many years before Mediacom but I may leave soon to pursue a managerial position with a cable contractor
