Dreamer,
I get this feeling that you have ill feelings towards the corporate side of companies.
Now while I agree with you that there are a lot of corp. people who could not care less about their employees, that is not always the case.
I, for one, always cared about my people and I always bent over backwards for my people and no matter what company I work for or eventually own, my way of doing things will NEVER change.
Yes, there are a lot of garbage companies out there, but there are a few really good companies to work for. You have to do your research and test the waters brother!
