I'm not going to go back and forth and argue the cable vs. Sat debate I cant speak for where you are but where I am sat is constantly being affected by one factor or another the main being weather , here on cable we use 6 . 1 compression for H.D. so qams are crystal much better than sat H.D. but thats here.
I appreciate your concern for your customers Cable can use a guy like you we have so many who just don't care .
