sorry dude , I just realized you stated you have been in the business for awhile , but , the company policy thing still holds true. They are entittled to make that demand. It is there business you are trying to become a part of. If you cannot agree with that company's demands , then you will have to find another company to work for. Again , I am sorry for any offense regarding your length in career thus far.(blush)(halo)
