That level 16 pay still sucks. When I was a HSP tech at Bruister they paid $60 for a base install, $25 each additional receiver, $40 for an upgrade and $25 for a service call. They provided all coax and small parts, the techs provided their own tools, trucks, fuel & vehicl insurance. They were all piece rate POV techs up until last August, now they have a majority of hourly rate COV techs. They still do have some piece rate techs, not sure how many or what their current piece rates are.
