Thanks for clarifying. I am not trying to muck things up, I am genuinely concerned about whats going on , so to me, it would be a slap in the face if that happened because I like to try to work things out with people without making a huge deal about it. I was not impressed in any way when I worked in a union environment, I felt it was very alienating and uncomfortable to have to fallow like a robot, there was no camaraderie in my situation, but a whole lot of resentment from everyone involved. This is no personal attack on you, I just want to present my perspective from my experience.
