My whole purpose of this discussion is for everybody to agree on a set way pay direction for all meaning pay education training and nothig more put this industry on a equal platform for all it is not that way and as long as the installers let this happen the pay will s--k Most techs have nio clue how the new consept for directv new satelites work for what and what for tjhere is very little training The unions I belong to yrs ago taught these new adventures or yiou could not get your job thats not bulliying the worker thats making it better so all of ou guys not in the industry Quite please those of you that are lets get the train rolling and make it better for all of us
