well trey,
when i presented the question to you several months ago about what effects it would have on a contractor (on another board we won't disclose) you responded with prvailing wage in fact you asked if i'd heard of it.
now you probably won't recall as it was last year and on another forum where you and others tried this same thing.but i remember very well.
so what forums are next for you guy to poll?
