The only thing that I can say is the IRS will Always determine / rule you and employee, it's to their advantage, doesn't mean it is true, or will stick, or is even right! If you do exactly what they want, they will have ALL your $, you will have none. That is their goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
