what ever happened to the QC call a couple of days after the install?
i saw at a CMI office, where they post proudly all the posative comments about installers on a big wall for everyone to see.
i remember a day when the positive comments where rewarded with 1.00 not much but something ya know?
the way it worked was if the customer called in just to give a positive comment about a tech the cable company would post it and reward the tech.
why don't we have that in the satellite industry. with cable it didn't matter wheather the tech was in house or a contractor.
they just wanted the positive numbers.
