Comcast pays really well for CDV and installation work in the markets that we serve in the NE: Baltimore and Central and Northern NJ.
We try to make sure that a tech makes between 250.00 to 400.00 per day running no more than 5-6 jobs per day. Comcast 2006 pricing allows us to do that. I think the days of low ball pricing are finished for Comcast; the GFC collapse really made some people at the higher levels rethink their pricing structure.Hell, even our employees, who are paid 20% less than 1099 techs make around 900.00-1100.00 per week. That's with us covering fuel, w/c/g/l and tools.
I've said it before, I like working for Comcast; they are willing to pay top dollar for top talent. It sure is a nice feeling.
