Yep, I agree
I just can't do this anymore for crap pay 45/12.... just 2 months ago it was 70/20 then they lost their contract so here I am trying to suck it up till something better comes along, if I fall of the ladder I'm screwed. I'm putting about 100 miles a day on my brand new truck running all over town so someone else can have a middleman company. I'm going to try to work for the cable company, pays the same after you take out all the expenses of being a sub. And they provide workmans comp and a truck. Really sucks because I know this could be a good industry but its just not.
I'm thinking about going back to school for an engineering degree or something before I get to old.
