Hey man forget the BBB get a lawyer and call the police in the town where you were working and file a complaint. It is a crime to pass bad checks and at 12k it is a felony! People like this are killing the industry and hurting all of us. They need to be put in jail and this will help clean up our industry and make it just a little safer for us all.
