(1) Fire the hot headed Supervisor (they are a dime a dozen)

(2) Compensate the beaten employee (who is the victom here) for missed work X2 for damages pain and suffering .

(3) Get a release signed from the victom stating that no other litigation will be filed in this case and be done with it.
