Good luck w/ the job. And I hope Mom is as good as she can be. Its tuff when our parents loose their health. Just a suggestion, and it stems from all the locators I know. Accuracy is more important than speed. Now the office will bitch a lot if you dont get enough jobs done, but they wont fire you over it. However if you succumb to the office pressure and attempt to bring the #s up they will let you go for a major cut in a heart beat.
