Please Help
I'm looking for a pay scale for a directional bore crew. One guy has about 6 bores under his belt with a similiar machine like a 711, and a digitrak locator. and the other guy has about 5 years experience at the same.I'm looking to pay them hours.What is the scale for each of them.I'm located in south Florida.
