I once went to do a cable install, and the customer opened the door, and the first thing he said to me was 'you can tell so-n-so whe can go to hell!!!', I said, I'll do that right now, turned and walked away. I have no problem telling a jerk I am not paid to take anyone's abuse, and they are gonna have to re-schedule, and never had a second problem with them. people just don't know how to be customers anymore. I did check a modem line for a customer who was doing a self-install fior his modem, just because he treated me professionally, and he worked for a drug company and gave me some of those awesome writin pens, I am still using them four years later!!!
