Cable loss specs

Hi all,
I am going to have a training session with a couple of my guys on budgeting signal loss and I need a little help. I don't have any spec sheets handy (nor the time to look). Can someone give me a good loss figures for the following. It doesn't have to be exact as this is just for training purposes.

loss for 100' of cable for RG59,RG6,RG11,.412,.550 and .750 at these frequencys 30,50,450,550,750Mhz.

Or better yet direct me to a website that has these figures.

It would be much appriciated.
Thanks,
Chad
