My discussion is intended for experienced engineer and technical mgt. types....I dont expect any canadian maintenance technician brought up in a FWD only world with little two-way industry experience, and with less than a years experience in a telephony system to truly get it...youve obviously taken offense..good luck Mr. Scarpone
