Re: no-compete clause...

Try this..............It is considered an "Illegal Restraint of Trade" I have had this thrown at me before and it won't hold up in court. Especially if this is your source of income (cable business). This is what I was told by the lawyer I had and as soon as the people I worked for heard I had a lawyer the matter was dropped! Good Luck.
