BKPELL,you are correct about the down loads, and as far as the hsp goes with the phone lines that is a dtv mandated thing I am a contractor and receive work through the hsp and my guys are payed well,im the highest paying contractor in the twin citiesMN,WHEN we signed our contract it states that phone lines to be installed and I dont know if you do this but every tech I have has a crimp tool for puting ends on phone line and they make jumpers to hook the phone lines up you are right we are not phone technicians so we do not run the lines to the nid,run a jumper or daisy chain in the basement, its what we have to do so we do it ,nothing worse than someone trying to charge you back for a whole job cause of a phone line. we all choose where to go to work in the morning and right now the hsp we are contracting through is slammed with work so we have plenty of work if you want to come up and check it out. later
