hsp stands for home service provider
they wont let you use flat wires,restrict what you charge for a wall fish$45.00 and you only get $20.00,every job must pass a qc,drip loops at every entry point even if the cable is running from the ground up,dish only mounted on the roof,flat roof mount,or a pole no bucket mounts no railing mounts,deck mounts phone line to every receiver dish grounded to ground block,ground block must be grounded to the bonded ground of the home if you can not ground (ie: apartmentbuilding) you cant do the job the list goes on and on, hope this sheds some light on it for you,and if you can do all that every time they provide you with plenty of work every day
