RIGHT ON!!!! As I stated before a good worker dosen't need a union. He will always have work! No matter if your union or not man or woman employers and contractors want people who work and are knowledgable. They are always sought after and will always have work! I know for a fact not only myself but other contractors do everything in their power to keep the good ones working so they don't lose them!
