trey if you choose to work in house and get paid 13-15 an hour then how do you do free wall fishes you get paid by the hour,add in the truck,tools, gas,benefits and you should be up around 23-25 an hour if you dontlike that then move on with your life and stop crying you need fair pay because of techs like you that are willing to work fot those wages it happens,all I know is that there is still plenty of money in this buisness you just have to be willing to make it,but if you want more money and less work for it go elsewhere I have the opportuinty to make between $1.00-$3000.00 a week but thats on me the harder i work the more i make there aint no taken an hourly wage for me and for wall fishes depends whats involved but tip and drills I always do for free,which is what you are probally crying about get real trey if you dont like where your at get out no one is making you stay there
