One more thing, if we are going to discuss this topic, how about we try listening to each other. I mean really listen. Dont make it your goal to try and teat a person down. Just try to pull as much factual information out.
I for 1 have a question. For those who say unions are bad , I wanted to know if you think the whole process of organized labor is bad, or do you feel that abc local 123 is bad. I will never say that everyone on the side of labor is good. But I really think that laws and system that allows workers to have a real voice in the workplace is great for workers.
