The fact is Trey is very smart for keeping his identity secret. If I would have been so wise, I wouldn't have been fired from the BS HSP I worked for. The primary objectors here to any talks of organizing the cable/satellite industry are managers and lead technicians and coolaid drinking republicans.
Go ahead and bash any and everyone who mention unions. As HSP's prove that techs are only worth $10 per hour as they churn out new tech's, the industry will take notice and the pay will continue to drop. You may feel smug as a manager/ lead tech and think this is all great, but just wait until you try to manage $10 per hour tech's. Your job will get a lot tougher and there will be a tech with a couple of years experience ready and waiting to take your job for less $$$.
