Re: no-compete clause...

I think it varies from system to system, at least that's how it is up here in Northern VA. For example.. in one system, they enforce the no compete clause for 6 months. In another system, which is also ran by the same MSO, doesn't enforce it at all. The only thing they question is if the person messed up where he was at. If he did, then they would not allow him to return to the system at all. It's weird how it works out here, and the other MSO out here doesn't enforce it at all either.
